Ultimate is beginner friendly, the rules are relatively simple to grasp and it’s a fantastic way to get fit and join a community that emphasizes sportsmanship, integrity and respect. Yes! Belmont Ultimate is a member of the Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (aka BUDA) and match up to play with other towns on Sundays! Some other BUDA teams we played before are Arlington, Lexington, Newton, Framingham, Boston, Somerville, Winchester and Brookline.
